Terms of Service

Effective July 2026.

Scope

These terms govern all Haluum services (branding, design and marketing) provided to businesses. Deviating client terms apply only if we agree to them explicitly.

Offers & prices

Package prices are fixed; retainers are billed monthly in advance. All prices are net of statutory VAT unless stated otherwise. The scope of work follows the respective package description or quote.

Client cooperation

Delivery dates assume briefings, content and feedback arrive on time. The startup package includes two structured revision rounds; further rounds are quoted separately.

Usage rights

Upon full payment the client receives the agreed usage rights to the final deliverables including source files. We may show the work as a reference unless agreed otherwise.

Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and under the German Product Liability Act. For simple negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

Termination

Retainers can be terminated with 14 days notice to the end of a month. The startup package is a one-time engagement.

Final provisions
